When this showed up it was shorter than I thought and it does not work. If I plug the Wii sensor bar directly into the Wii it works fine. Once I insert the extension cable the bar no longer works.
Not a recommended purchase!

THIS CABLE IS DEAD AS A DOORNAIL. IT DOES NOT WORK, DON’T BUY IT UNLESS YOU JUST WANT A USELESS PIECE OF WIRE

This is an excellent solution for those of us who want the Wii console somewhere other than right next to the TV. (We have ours in an AV cabinet about 7 ft away from the wall-mounted LCD.) It doesn’t use any batteries like the wireless one and we simply disconnect it when not in use & tuck the very small cable behind the TV until we want to play again.
