XBOX 360 Ear Force X11 Amplified Stereo Headset with ChatFG, Ear Force X11 HP$59.99http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51yrBLnuckL._SL160_.jpg
Good headset. solid sound, good mic and controls. Being able to control the chat volume and the game volume seperately is epic. There is a slight buzz but can only be heard while doing absolutely nothing else, so not even an issue. The RCA jack connection threw me a little bit. Having to already have the old school RCA connector, even if you have a HDMI. Luckily, I already did, since I have my reciever connected for movies and stuff. So as long as you don’t mind having to have one headphone plug sitting on the side of your xbox then you should LOVE these. Also, Mic does not detect breathing, which is awesome for us heavy breathers. Would recommend for sure.
I used this headphone with Modern Warfare 2, COD 4, Vegas 2, and several other games so far, and I am truly impressed. The bass really amplifies the explosions and gunshots. One of the best parts is playing and you here someone walking through you right ear, you turn right and kill the guy. Advantages of having the equipment to get the job done. 5 STARS A+ Rated By: brandonf22 XboxLive MLG
Simply put these headphones take gaming to the next level. You will be able to hear every sound in full detail something you may not experience via, your TV, monitor or sound system. If you are a fan of survival horror games ie.. Resident Evil or Dead Space give them a try with these headphones for so much of horror relies on sound.
In a FPS games enemies especially the human ones will have a harder time sneaking on you and in most cases you will get the jump on them. As far as the chat features go grade A your teammates will clearly be able to hear them and more importantly you will be able to hear them.
Any gamer looking for an advantage or wants to experience gaming on higher level must give the Ear Force X11 a try.
The shipping was amazingly fast, I ordered this product on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday, I didn’t even order overnight. The product was easy to set up and worked perfectly from the start. The sound quality is fantastic and I am still able to perfectly hear my friends even when the game volume is louder than the chat volume. I regret not buying these when they first came out. Buy them, you will NOT regret it.
I bought this after my Ear Force x1 decided to die. I didn’t know if it would replace my X1 in terms of sound quality, but it did. It did far better than i ever anticipated. Every time i play my xbox 360, which is ALOT, I always use my Ear Force X11
this headset is awesome, that “hiss” everyone talks about is hardly noticeable, especially when you’re in game it’s only when its quiet, and i mean dead quiet when you can hear the hiss, its very comfy and you can use it for hours of gaming and it wont be a bother
pros:
1) very good sound quality for such a cheap headset(price cheap, not quality cheap)
2) amazing at picking up footsteps in call of duty(i’ve clutched S&Ds many times thanks to these )
3) very very VERY comfy
4) mic is very clear on xbl and its super adjustable, not like the standard xbox headset, this thing will move wherever you move it
5) LOOOOONG cable, id guess its about 30 feet, it comes with an adjustable strap so you can tie the wire up to a nice location, but dam who needs that much wire anyway haha, still nice tho i can walk to my kitchen with this thing on
cons:
1) WAY to many wires, its not a huge bother while im playing or anything, its just they tangle alot, which is a huge pain to untangle
2) the chat/game volume knobs are very sensitive, if you even rub against those things it will fly to 10 and blow your ear drums out, it woulda been nice if they added a lock feature to it, but what are you gonna do
3) and last but not least, the hiss. it’s not at all noticable in game, and i mean that, when you’re in game even if its dead quiet with no music playing(call of duty)you wont hear it at all, the only time i ever hear it is when im at the dashboard and not in a party
OVERALL VERDICT: amazing headset and a ***MUST BUY***, very cheap pricing, very durable, VERY comfortable, nice length of wiring, allowing you to wire it across your room, great at picking up footsteps in MW2, if you buy the “Ear Force DSS 7.1 Channel Dolby Surround Sound Processor” with this thing it transforms this $50 headset into an amazing quality surround sound headset, the pricing for both is a bit steep though, picking up footsteps is still very easy to do without the surround sound processor.
THIS IS A MUST BUY HEADSET IF YOU’RE ON A BUDGET, if you have money to spend go spring for the $250 astros, but if you’re a normal person and cant afford that, get these.
this headset is amazing. In MW2, you can hear people running across the map! Just make sure you put on ninja pro, because your own footsteps are too loud when you have this headset on.

This is a great product i have no complaints except that you need the audio adapter to make it so you don’t disturb any one in the house or room.
