Product Description
Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant Wii
Details
Mutant in your Pocket! Not only does Crash gain the ability to control his enemies when he jacks them – now he can store his favorite monsters in his pocket, upgrade them and utilize their powers when they are most advantageous
Free-Romping World Design - Wumpa Island becomes a “free-romping” environment, allowing players to travel and explore through intersecting worlds, with different gameplay options available depending on what creature you've brought along
Co-Op - Your partner is Crash’s sister Coco, playable for the first time in the cooperative mode. Not only does Coco make the game that much more inviting to pick up and play, she also brings with her a new tactile “treasure hunt” ability
I picked up this game a couple of months ago and it has been one of the most worth while games I’ve ever purchased!
If you’re looking to relive the first Crash game then this probably isn’t the game for you. But if you’re just looking for a great game, or you’re just a Crash fan who is looking for something new, then look no farther.
This game has every thing. Great game play, fun collectibles, outstanding graphics, quirky humor, and of course what game wouldn’t be complete without the ability to control giant monsters capable of annihilating hordes of enemies.
Only one thing I have a problem with… the cut scenes. I don’t know what they were going for, but half the time they ether look like they belong in a cheap nineteen forties cartoon or they’re pokimon style; they should have stayed with the regular CG format. As long as you can get past that there is no problem.
My sons (age 3 and 6) love this game. My older son is using the two player selection to help teach my youngest son how to play video games. This game is nothing like the other Crash games we have and love. You have more freedom in selecting direction to go and missions to complete. I highly recommend this game to all Crash Bandicoot addicts.
I am in my late 50′s and new to Wii, actually video games in general.
I found that Mind over Mutant is just about right for me. It is neither too easy nor too hard, and I cannot wait to get to each level to see what is going on next. So while this game may not be for everyone, it is a good match for me.
I have purchased the Crash Bandicoots for my Gamecube, and now have the Crash for my Wii. I really like this game, and find myself entertained for hours. I would recommend this game to anyone who wants to have fun !!
My roommate and I picked this game up as a rental remembering how much fun the original was. I was thrilled to see that this version is just as much fun!
Yes, some of the cartoons are a little cheesy, but after you get past the first bit, they don’t show up so frequently. I was a little dismayed that they “force” you to watch through the animated bits – until I figured out that it’s a two button combination to skip. (Plus sign, then A).
No, it’s not a game set up for the serious, hardcore gamer – but if you’re like us and are just looking for something you can play for fun for a few hours, then it works great. You don’t lose your place, and it’s easy to pick up again later.

I can not recommend this game higher.
